GAMEPLAN

Here's the plan.

Today is Friday.  Finish marketing paper by tonight (hopefully), then do the CS project afterwards when I get home.  Oh, yeah don't forget to find those History textbooks in national Bookstore before going home.  The next day is Saturday, go to school, work on marketing again.  Shoot video of target market, print the paper (if it's finished), find someone who can make a Flash presentation.   Oh, wait... what about history?  Ok, do marketing in the morning, then meet histo groupmates at 2:30.  Then find a way to get home (commute?) and do CS project.  I seem to have forgotten something... Ah, yes, the theology internet paper!  I can do that on... Sunday.  After finishing marketing and CS which are due on Monday.  Go to sleep.  Then I go to school as early as possible on Monday to sign up for Philisophy orals.  Then I collapse from exhaustion...

Oh, wait a minute... I can't collapse just yet.  I have to get through the History presentation of our paper on Jose P. Laurel, the graded mock defense, the CS defense for our government website, and the Marketing final defense in front of the panelists all in ONE week.  I'm going to be so... um, defensive.

On the bright side, nothing brings people together like finishing a marketing paper.  My groupmates and I will be so bonded when this is over.

Still, this sem had better end soon.

haha, blooper! I made a mistake with the code.   I don't think you can see the test results, can you?  However will I survive my computer science classes this year if I can't stick a simple bar graph to a blog entry?  Oh, well... I'll fix it some other time.

Ok, so I haven't posted in a while.  My summer classes are over and I'm entering the 1st sem of my third year of college.  Nice. I feel...older.  Until now, I still haven't really planned out my career.  I'm taking up what they call a "hybrid course": Communications Technology management.  Like a lot of other people, I've had doubts about whether I'm in the right course, so... I found this test in someone's blog and took it.  According to this, I should be in psychology.  Whoops!  Anyway, the second highest result includes comm, and the third includes management, so it's not so far off.

Ah, thinking about the future. I don't want to stop being a teenager yet.

Consider adding a minor or double majoring to make yourself standout and to combine your interests. Psychology and Sociology are both great minors to add to any major. Please post your results in your myspace/blog/journal.<br><br><table border='0' width='300' cellspacing='0' cellpadding='0'><tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>Psychology/Sociology</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='94' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>94%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>English/Journalism/Comm</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='88' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>88%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>HR/BusinessManagement</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='81' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>81%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>History/Anthropology/LiberalArts</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='63' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>63%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>Nursing/AthleticTraining/Health</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='63' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>63%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>Education/Counseling</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='63' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>63%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>French/Spanish/OtherLanguage</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='56' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>56%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>Visual&PerformingArts</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='56' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>56%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>Biology/Chemistry/Geology</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='50' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>50%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>Religion/Theology</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='50' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>50%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>Accounting/Finance/Marketing</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='38' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>38%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>PoliticalScience/Philosophy</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='25' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>25%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>Physics/Engineering/Computer</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='25' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>25%</font></td></tr> <tr><td><p><font face='Arial' size='1'>Mathematics/Statistics</font></p></td><td><table border='1' cellpadding='0' cellspacing='0' width='13' bgcolor='#dddddd'><tr><td></td></tr></table></td><td><font face='Arial' size='1'>13%</font></td></tr> </td></tr></table><br><a href='http://quizfarm.com/run.php/Quiz?quiz_id=35647'>WHAT MAJOR IS RIGHT FOR YOU?</a><br><font face='Arial' size='1'>created with <a href='http://quizfarm.com'>QuizFarm.com</a></font></table>

Hey it's Valentine's Day again!  Happy Valentine's/SAD people!

Funny thing happened to me yesterday.  I was flipping throught the pages of a comic book at this book sale when this guy came up to me and asked me for my name.  I went through full panic mode before deciding that there were too many people around for this guy to want to steal my cellphone or something.  He looked like a normal school age person, so I didn't think it was necesssary to practice the kicks I learned in teakwondo on him.YET. I just looked around (stalling, looking for an escape route...) and he told me there were no hidden cameras.  He kept pestering me so I eventually wrote my name (not my whole name) and cellphone number (not my house number or someone might trace my calls to where I live) on a piece of paper.  Was that a stupid thing to do?  I actually followed him after he left, and he had two friends with him. Stalker mode!  I figured he probably asked for my name and number on a dare.

To the lovely people who comented:  It's nice that you think I'm having fun, but really my life would be considered boring.  The good thing is that I have learned to make reporting "fun."  We get to sing and stuff.  Oh, and I have a new family problem which I can't mention here because the people involved might sue me. *sigh*

Hrgh...it's still boring here. Nothing's happening.

Anyway, apart from boring reports on the coconut oil industry, here's what's been happening:

  • I passed my taekwondo promotion exam for PE.  Sadly, I was NOT accelerated to 7th degree yellow belt  *pout, pout*
  • I have just been labeled a class nerd for getting a high grade in the Psych long test.  Then our teacher asked me what memory-storage strategies I used, since we were taking up memory as our next topic.  Kinda awkward.
  • I've been watching too much "House."  That's actually where I learned about Somnambulism (it's the fancy term for sleepwalking which we took up in class under "consciousness") and cytokines.  Perhaps the secret to memorizing Psychology terms is watching medical shows.
  • I got a chance to go karting since my family got gift certificatesto this racing school.  It was fun, and they let you pick out the color of your helmet.  I would suggest that we do it again as a barkada outing but it costs 600 bucks for one race.  One ten minute race!  The only time we're going back is if we get more GCs.
  • We are having an alternative class program for the NSTP kids as a final project.  We are going to decorate cupcakes.  Should be more fun than teaching them English.  I don't think they've learned anything from me except the sound of -ch-, as in chair.
  • I still do not have a profile pic for this blog.

That's all I can think of right now.  Afternoon classes were canceled today so I have the day off.  I spent most of it sleeping though.  The weather is good for sleeping.  Nice and cold .  It got hotter in the afternoon though.  The unpredictable weather must be due to global warming.

Moving on, I am currently listening to "Salvation is Here" by Hillsong United (see above) which is actually quite catchy. Im not even sure if the song is in that album but just so you know, they are the artists.  I need to learn it for our theology presentation.  My groupmates have somehow come to the conclusion that I am an excellent singer.  Good luck to me.
